To gain access to Up To Date, you will need to click on the corresponding link above and then select "Open Athens" and when prompted choose Roseman University.
If needed you will be asked to input your Roseman University credentials which should be the same ones you use to access Canvas. 
Once you have gained access, a screen will appear asking you to sign up/register. 
After you have inputted all the necessary information you should have access.
